Abundance Books 2026 Golden Scroll and Christian Market Awards


ST. CHARLES, MO β Abundance Books achieved a historic milestone at the 18th annual Golden Scroll Awards and Christian Market Book Awards banquets on August 2, 2026, taking home an impressive ten honors across both prestigious presentations.
The dual ceremonies, hosted by the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association (AWSA), recognize excellence in Christian writing, publishing, and media.
Leading the showing in the children’s literature categories was Lisa M. Pritchard, whose title Dirt Dog Invites Prissy Poodle to the Prom captured the coveted Children’s Book of the Year (1st Place) at the Golden Scroll Awards. Abundance Books also swept the podium at the companion Christian Market Book Awards, with Lora Averyβs The Biggest WHY earning 1st Place for Children’s Picture Book of the Year, and Peg Arnold’s Making Your Message Memorable earning 1st Place for Education Book of the Year.
Author Peg Arnold achieved rare crossover success, landing trophies in both ceremonies for her title Making Your Message Memorable.
